Missing Appointments and Missed Appt Charges

There is a $50 charge missed appointments that are not cancelled 24 hours in advance.

Insurance Verification

As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to call and verify insurance benefits. However, this should only be considered a quote from the company, as a patient’s insurance remains an arrangement between him/her and their insurance company.
