We are in most insurance networks, and we file insurance forms for our patients at no additional cost. We do ask for payment at time of service. Our office accepts cash, checks, and most major credit cards. We do offer payment plans; please ask for more information about this during your visit.

New patient appointments are an hour long and often need to be booked a day or two in advance.

We do require a 24 hour notice for any cancelled appointments.
